OTAA ARCHITECTURE is available for new projects

Created in 1997 by Olivier Thin, OTAA ARCHITECTURE was born following a EUROPAN competition for which it was the winner. Olivier Thin's professional career is marked by an architecture of reflection and context. Influenced by contemporary art, his work echoes a search for abstraction. His meeting with Glenn Murcutt in Philadelphia influenced his vision of an architecture in perfect harmony with its environment, whether natural or built. With this sensitivity, OTAA ARCHITECTURE perpetuates this vision on each project, with a view to sustainability and responsibility.

Carrying out programmes for collective housing, individual houses or office facilities, the agency assists both private and public players in projects of varying complexity and scale.

OTAA ARCHITECTURE's experience enables it to respond responsibly and with hindsight to the demands of the project owner, while offering an architecture of character and emotion. This commitment is made at all stages of the project, from the building permit to the execution of the work. The agency's approach to interior design is to create a dialogue with the volumes and light of the existing building, overturning a simplistic vision, whether aesthetic or functional.

Through its free and multidisciplinary approach, OTAA ARCHITECTURE proposes an architecture of reason, creating a link between man and nature.

The missions proposed by the agency are the following:

• Interior architecture

The agency assists its clients with interior design missions, both in the context of major restructuring and in the renovation of house or flat spaces. The design mission extends from the creation of interior spaces to the definition and choice of materials and furniture. The agency systematically proposes a three-dimensional model of the project in order to dialogue effectively with its clients.

• Project management

The mission of project management is an integral part of the agency's philosophy, so that the project proposed during the design phase becomes reality in the execution phase. This is why, in most cases, the agency extends the design phase to the monitoring of the works, in separate lots or as a general contractor. OTAA ARCHITECTURE offers, as an extension of the design and building permit missions, execution project management missions. These missions include technical synthesis in the framework of the DET (Direction de l'Exécution des Travaux) and OPC (Ordonnancement, Pilotage, Coordination) phases.  The agency pays particular attention to ensuring that the monitoring of the work is in line with the project's guiding ideas and the estimated budget.

OTAA ARCHITECTURE has a contemporary approach and is committed to proposing resolutely creative and innovative solutions for each project. These architects favour a fully open and luminous architecture, which reveals itself through bold solutions.
