PALMA EINBINDER ArchiStudio approaches Architecture as a whole: Architecture, Interior Architecture and Design. The Studio has experience in individual and collective housing, public facilities, office buildings, elevations, extensions, heavy restructuring, in new or rehabilitation, in dense or dispersed contexts.

The Studio questions the needs, the programme, the context, the site, the location, the environment, the budget, prioritises, orders, classifies, synthesises, frees itself and creates, proposes and experiments. Each hypothesis is confronted, tested and verified. The objective is to leave only the expression of the essential!

The environmental approach is one of the fundamentals of the Studio. The subjects of ecological impact in construction are addressed in a global reflection on the life cycle of the building from its design to its mutation, transformation, rehabilitation or recycling. The Studio understands ecology through a rational study favouring a passive approach: study of the compactness of constructions, orientation of facades and relevance of the constructive method.

The mastery of the legislative, regulatory, normative and technical contexts allows us to free ourselves from them in order to express more than a simple programmatic response. PALMA EINBINDER ArchiStudio also assists its clients in all administrative procedures and advises them throughout the development of the project until the building is delivered.

To this end, each project is designed using a digital model (BIM: Building Information Model). This practice allows us to anticipate a number of problems before the building site, to better control costs and to communicate the vision of the future building to its client, in complete transparency.

PALMA EINBINDER ArchiStudio is able to direct all the studies while remaining attentive to its clients' needs. Positioning itself as a source of proposals, the Studio carries out architectural diagnostics, price pre-studies, design studies and monitoring of execution during the construction phase, and also carries out feasibility studies integrating all the technical and urban regulations that apply.
