Caroline Guigné supports you as best as possible in your construction or renovation project, whether it is the project of your life, on your home or in a professional context. From design to delivery of the work, Caroline Guigné Architecte's concern is above all your satisfaction through the quality of the spaces and their sustainability. A space is envisaged from multiple projections. There is the idea we have of it, then our role as an architect is to be its translator and to go beyond, in order to propose a tailor-made and viable project. The most important thing is to create a pleasant living space where all uses and functionalities naturally take their place.

Caroline Guigné Architect therefore works for both the residential and professional sectors. Her preference is to broaden the scope of her practice to include extensions and renovations of individual homes (apartments or houses), as well as the creation of a workplace or an ERP establishment. Caroline Guigné Architect has recently worked on a medical office, a dental office, analysis laboratories open to the public, etc. There is also regular demand for the creation of early childhood type structures such as micro-crèches throughout the Gironde department and elsewhere....

Environmental concerns will be at the heart of architectural thinking and the use of ecological materials will be favored as much as the project economy allows. It is obvious today that our duty as architects is to propose responsible environmental solutions to reduce the energy consumption of the building on the one hand (and your maintenance cost at the same time!), as well as increase your comfort in winter and summer.

The office is located at 95 rue du Palais Gallien. This space is shared with 10 other independent architects. We find our strength in the daily exchange, necessary for this general profession which faces multiple new problems. Come meet us, we are easy to find!
