Founded by Myriam Farhour, Architect DE-HMONP. The PIC architects studio is young, dynamic and lively. In one word it “PIC”.

My creative process begins with attentive listening to your aspirations and needs. Each project is a close collaboration, where your ideas and my vision come together to create designs in your image.

The projects the studio works on are diverse, they can be houses, apartments, buildings (construction, renovation, extension, etc.). It can also be offices, shopping centers, hotels, restaurants, cafes, etc.

Advisory visit: First 2-hour visit to your property. Creation of a detailed report following this first visit. This report includes your primary needs, your secondary wishes, technical monitoring, project stakeholders, a budget estimate, a forecast schedule, as well as the architect's fees.

Architectural Design: Creation of plans and models to define the general appearance and structure of a building.

Plans and Permits: Preparation of the documents necessary to obtain regulatory authorizations and building permits.

Consultation: Advice and guidance in choosing materials, colors, textures and other design elements.

Project Management: Overseeing the project from concept to completion, including coordination of contractors, engineers and other professionals.

Site Assessment: Analysis of site characteristics to optimize the integration of the building into its environment.

Interior Design: Development of concepts for interior design, including furniture, lighting and other decorative elements.

Sustainability and Ecodesign: Integration of sustainability principles to minimize the environmental impact of the project.

3D Modeling: Creating three-dimensional visualizations to help clients better understand the final look of the project.

Budget and Cost Management: Developing and monitoring a realistic budget throughout the process, taking into account construction costs and related expenses.

Rehabilitation and Renovation: Transformation of existing spaces to meet current needs while preserving their distinctive character.

Accessibility Expertise: Ensure compliance with accessibility standards for people with reduced mobility.

Lighting Studies: Optimization of natural and artificial lighting to create pleasant and functional atmospheres.
