After several years of experience in different agencies, it was in 2020 that she settled in her favorite territory, where the Plaine du Forez meets the Monts du Lyonnais, in Chambost-Longssaisigne.

Attached to the rural territory and its many riches, she will take care to respect the existing heritage and the environment in which the projects are located.

Sophie is committed to designing projects that meet your expectations to create functional, bright spaces that will become real places to live.

Let yourself be guided, with her, through the different stages of your project:

• A first visit to discover the site, introduce yourself and define your program together
• A precise statement of the existing situation, as part of a renovation or extension project
• Two different project sketches to explore the possibilities and give you the choice in the version that suits you best
• A preliminary project that is refined according to your expectations, technical equipment and materials
• A complete town planning file if necessary (creation of surface area, modification of facades, etc.)
• Advice on construction in general, tips for designing your interior and exterior spaces.

Your project will be designed, from the first sketches, on the basis of a 3D model.

During the meetings, Sophie Joubert will present your future spaces to you interactively on a digital tablet. Ideal for planning and understanding the different volumes of a construction!

Plans and visuals will also be given to you in paper format.

Comfortable with administrative procedures, Sophie Joubert will be able to prepare for you the necessary files for your planning permission requests: Building Permit or Prior Works Declaration. She will be there to guide you and support you throughout the instruction.
