DE HMONP architect graduated in 2007 from the City & Territories architecture school in Marne-la-Vallée.

Katia PEREIRA chose to set up on her own in 2013, after working as an employee in various Parisian agencies. These experiences gave her the opportunity to work on urban planning, landscape and architectural projects. She developed versatility and teamwork through different collaborations.

Previously, her training, successively adopting several names, always combined construction, art and architecture.

If domestic architecture is her preference, she is not restricted to predefined architectural programs. Her clientele is plural, she works for professionals and individuals, and values ​​this diversity which preserves her creativity. Each project is unique: it is taking into account the specific program of the clients which enriches the projects and allows the architect to propose quality personalized projects.

Katia PEREIRA remains sensitive to the existence of solid teamwork. Its approach is based on numerous partnerships (BET, craftsmen, etc.) to provide the expertise necessary for the successful completion of the project.

She is particularly interested in old buildings which need to be adapted to enable them to respond to contemporary lifestyles. Her achievements mainly concern the renovation of individual houses, however its field of intervention is vast; renovation of individual houses with or without extension, renovation of apartments, offices, interior design, construction of local trade premises, or even the design of medical practices.
