ARCHITECTUS is available for new projects

After spending about fifteen years working with architecture practices and with a regional contracting authority, in 2001 architect Éric Matuszak (DPLG) decided to found his own business, which took on the name ARCHITECTUS in July 2007. Located in a village between Arras and Cambrai, the studio has diversified its clientele while staying local, at the regional level.

For an architect, each client is different. 

Each request is treated with the same importance, no matter the size or degree of complexity. Since each client is unique, the design approach must adapt to suit the specific requirements of the project. With this perspective, Éric Matuszak dedicates himself to proposing appropriate, personal and spot-on solutions. 

With over 20 years of experience, ARCHITECTUS offers its services for a wide range of projects, from new builds to extensions and refurbishments, for homes and residential buildings, offices or buildings open to the public, including educational establishments, medical offices, town halls or community centres. 

ARCHITECTUS continues to develop its skills and areas of expertise. The practice is mindful of sustainable development principles, green building and timber frame construction. It is also involved in advising private individuals and is concerned with issues of accessibility in public architecture. Used to working independently, ARCHITECTUS nonetheless knows how to surround itself with qualified partners and specialised consulting firms according to the project’s needs.
